Several U.S. technology giants announced significant artificial intelligence (AI) agreements in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday as President Donald Trump secured $600 billion in U.S. business commitments during his Gulf tour.

Leading the deals, Nvidia revealed plans to supply hundreds of thousands of AI chips to Saudi Arabia, including an initial batch of 18,000 advanced “Blackwell” chips to Humain, a newly launched AI startup backed by Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund. Meanwhile, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) signed a $10 billion partnership with Humain to develop AI infrastructure.

Qualcomm also joined the wave, signing a memorandum of understanding with Humain to co-develop a data center CPU. The agreements come as Saudi Arabia seeks to diversify its economy and establish itself as a global AI hub outside the U.S.

Humain, chaired by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, aims to build AI factories with up to 500 megawatts of computing power, leveraging partnerships with Nvidia and AMD. “This is a massive initiative for the kingdom,” said Humain CEO Tareq Amin.

President Trump’s Gulf tour continues with a visit to the UAE, where further tech deals, including potential Nvidia chip sales, are expected.
